At Advayaa Silk, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, Advayaa Silk ships only within India. We deliver to most cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes across the country through reliable courier partners.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,500 within India
• Orders below ₹1,500 may attract standard shipping charges based on location
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout

Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 48–72 working hours after order confirmation
• Processing time may be longer for handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized products

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 6–8 working days after dispatch
• Customized / made-to-order products: 7–15 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Partners & Packaging

• All orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners
• Products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number.
Advayaa Silk shall not be responsible for:

• Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
• Re-shipping costs arising from incorrect address or failed delivery attempts

In case re-shipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided solely due to delivery delays. However, in special cases, Advayaa Silk may offer store credit or other goodwill gestures at its sole discretion.

Split Shipments

In case of multiple products in one order, items may be shipped separately depending on availability. There will be no additional shipping charges for such split shipments.

Transit Risk

All orders are shipped with due care. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, Advayaa Silk will take appropriate action, including re-processing the order, subject to verification with the courier partner. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, Advayaa Silk shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Tracking Information

• Shipment details and tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active

Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. Please review your address carefully before placing the order.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked as Ready to Ship are dispatched faster and are typically delivered within 6–8 working days. If customization is requested, additional time may be required.
