Returns & Exchanges

Advayaa Silk does not follow a general return or refund policy. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, you may contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision regarding replacement, alteration, or exchange will be at the sole discretion of Advayaa Silk.

Alterations & Fit Disclaimer

For stitched, customized, or made-to-order products, alterations may be required to achieve the desired fit, style, or drape. We strongly recommend:

• Carefully reviewing size charts before placing orders
• Choosing standard sizes whenever possible
• Opting for unstitched products and getting them tailored locally for a perfect fit
• Sharing accurate measurements while ordering stitched products

Due to the nature of customization, size, fit, or personal preference issues do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Replacement Policy

If a genuine defect is confirmed by our quality team:

• Advayaa Silk may offer a replacement, alteration, or alternate product
• Replacement shipping and alteration costs, if applicable, will be borne by Advayaa Silk
• If the original product is unavailable, an alternate product of similar value may be offered

Refund Policy

Advayaa Silk does not offer refunds for delivered products under any circumstances. However, if an order (or part of an order) cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability or logistical reasons, the paid amount for the undelivered item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing timelines:

• Processing time: up to 3 business days
• Bank processing time: additional 2–5 business days, depending on your bank

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note:

• Accept or reject any return, exchange, or replacement request
• Decide the appropriate resolution for each case

All decisions made by Advayaa Silk regarding returns, replacements, or refunds shall be final and binding.

To be eligible for any review or consideration, it is mandatory to provide a clear, continuous, and unedited (non-cut) video of the parcel being opened from start to finish, showing the original packaging, labels, and the product clearly. Requests without this video will not be considered.
